Most Mom's on Mother's Day like to sit back and relax, but no not I. I decided to invite my Grandma and Mom over for brunch. I wanted to go all out and I did. Now, how all out did I go you ask? I put the orange juice in champagne glasses. THAT all out!
I made eggs, bacon, fruit salad, homemade biscuits, Belgian waffles, and Pioneer Woman's Basic Breakfast Potatoes. Oh and orange juice of course. I have to admit it was pretty good.
As we set the table the night before I figured this could be the one time I actually use my Grandma's English Rose china set. I was thinking how sentimental it would be and how she would love me for it. Then I remembered how in her whole lifetime she never used it, so I quickly came to my senses and realized, "She's gonna KILL me!". So, I decided against it and just went with what I had.
All in all, I got a picture of the four generations, me, my baby, Mom and Grandma.
